I feel auto insurance is indeed very important, I think that a lot of people don't even understand the coverage that they have, and this is not their fault, it is the agents job to explain these things and unfortunately some agents are either too busy or are focusing on other things so this part of the buying process is over looked. I always explain the coverage and the policy details to my clients
