Standard Insurance means to somebody of an average age, average physical condition, average risk career, average risk location etc. Also the sub-standard is for somebody who is older, smokes, more unhealthful. While the non-standard insurance is for anyone who needs to cover any special needs. If someone is arrested for DUI he/she will be required to take non-standard insurance that agrees to cover up people with DUI priors.
