I can keep all my profit......?

Hello I am gilbert I want to sell my house located at North Carolina & plan to go my native country UK. I lived there only two years & 3 months but actually now I get profit of nearly $250000 so I can keep all my profit or there any tax applied in my profit?

As per the 2003 tax law, you can keep all the profit.
