There are many risks involved in investment .The major risk is the business risk, which is the potential loss of value through mismanagement or, even by competition.
If we didn't Paid Tax Properly means sure we get lot of trouble in future....

There are many companies, which are predisposed to higher levels of business risks. The biggest defense against this is the franchise value that rise prices to adjust labor, taxes and all the extra costs.
