You have a minimum of SIX months grace period before you can start paying your loan amount. And whether you are a graduate or drop out after the grace period you have to start paying the loans. And during this time you can talk to your lenders about the arrangements of the payment. And they can get a repayment schedule and it is usually over a 10 year period .
