Can a student receive loans even if they are at their maximum loan limit??

I'm kind of new so I just want to say hey. Hope to read more in the forum about

I am mac air user and I was thinking about downloading youtube.
Never did it with my dell pc. BUT

It converts and downloads more than 49 movies with single click!
But what is bad - the pack is too simple no extended options But I want to copy downloaded movies to my ipod touch or add to itunes library.
How you guys solve the problem?

BTW: I am very glad with my airbook, much more than with dell. He is so amazing and touchines...
