The majority of people know that credit cards are unsecured debt. And a few of them are under the false idea that the companies have no alternative if a card holder defaults. And that is not true. They have the legal option to put on trial to recover their money. And by chance if the creditor wins a sentence they can embellish income, and levy bank accounts.
