What is meant by Municipality bonds? While referring to the budgets I got this topic and can anyone here say me what it exactly is

The Municipal bonds are like loans which assist makes large, key purchases reasonably priced. The bonds are also efficiently spread out the costs of main projects across their useful life, so all those people who use them can help shell out for them.

A metropolis will issue bonds first and foremost to money assets projects. This is like to a family taking out an advance in order to invest a house. So in the similar way and just like a family, the metropolis too has basic necessities like infrastructure, which includes services like roads and office buildings but habitually does not have cash available for such major purchases
