The Debt service is the expenditures they make on loans, such as credit cards and mortgage.

The most important and interest expenditures on outstanding bonds are often referred to as debt service. Just like if a family cannot omit on mortgage or credit card expenses, the metropolis must always continue its debt services it can be a part of city’s budget.
