I am presently concerning to sign a new contracts on my new house, so on balance I am actually pleased with the extra mortgage relief - hope I will feel it in my pocket and that it will relieve the pressure a bit. Real estate speculations are gearing up with budget supporting it.

Amount: $360,000
Property type: COM
Documentation: Stated-Income, NO DOC, NINA
FICO: 790
LTV: 80%
Occupancy: OO
Loan purpose: First

I need a NINA, Stated-Income, or NO DOC, Program
High FICO Scores any LTV higher than 80% is good.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Rental units already have tenants in the property
