Every person knows that a budget is imperative for you to help preparation of our personal finances. That way your costs won't outstrip your earnings in that way you won't end up with a malicious blow.
But how do you budget correctly? What is a good way to finances that will help you pay your expenses but still keep some funds left over at the end of the month to take pleasure in life a modest spot?

MY budget is very simple because my expenses and earning both are same, I am not worry about my saving so I spend my total salary with in the end of the month..

A budget is just a simple calculation on how the money earned goes and what are the investments if made are if any….
You should start by listing your earnings from all sources. Then, list your fixed expenses that are for the month that includes mortgage payments or your rent, car payments or even your insurance premiums.

We should list the expenses that vary, such as, clothing entertainment, or recreation. We should write down all our expenses. By this way we can know the amount, which is not spent wisely and then we can make a perfect plan.

Monthly expenses is not hard to budget at all. If you know what you need, what you should get, then all else come easy. The most common expenses that a single person would have to have budget on a monthly basis are the ff:
-food/water
-clothing
-rent/house mortgage
-electricity
-phone/internet/mobile
-gas/car (if any)
Outside the needs-list are the wants. That's when you have to be more careful.
