Hi,
Yes. You can follow up a budget to prevent unnecessary wastage of money. First of all you should create a list of your monthly income and then a list of your monthly expenses. You should include the entire sources including housing, food, transportation charges if any, entertainment etc. And it would also be better if you write down the days expenses and save to your receipts.
