Private lenders are those financial institutions that functions as the financial-aide for people who needs money outright. They will lend you for what your salary is worth. They will lend you as to how much your pension is, or even how much your properties can pay off what you will owe.

These are those companies that helps people find ways to get the funds they need at the time. From there, they get loans that needs be paid on a certain agreement. Almost like a bank loan.
