For a lot of people, the word 'budget' straight away sends a reflex motion like caused by cold or fear or excitement down the spine. Why in the human race that anyone need or want to budget their money is far fetching?
Primarily, the budgeting your money does never mean you are poor, or are in need of monetary backing. It is indeed at surprise to know how many considered as "middle class", habitually budget their resources in order to make the most out of what they have.
