There are many ways so that you can learn other countries cultures .And to do this you should immerse yourself in the culture. Also you can move and live there, learn their language and experience the every day over an extensive period of time.

Hi well,
you read everything on different cultures or at least on one in particular you are interested in. You should choose friends of diverse cultures so that you can learn some of their ethnicity.
