Google can add sense to its program by nullifying the wrong clicks. By warning the publishers, deduct a part of earning; with heavy penalty from the earning and give the credit to the advertisor, or ban them for certain period of months. Instead of this totally reprimanding and closing the account is not at all a way the adorable Google can do it.

There is unfortunately no 'safe' time to pregnant.

There is unfortunately no 'safe' time to have unprotected
if you wish to avoid getting pregnant. Even unprotected
during a girl's period can result in pregnancy. Although women
are generally only fertile for a few days every month (usually
around the middle of the menstrual cycle) most women have no
definite way of knowing when this is.
