  Money Losing Areas in Business

In my 25 years of contacts establishment, anything from competition to managerical supervision as reasons why it's difficult to create the business of your desires. New clients are needed to keep all business going but it is how you and your staff manage these customers that determines your returns in business.

I have gone into over the years, that in every business, what makes me most is the amount of lost income from poor handling of the major income generating areas of any business.

The real amount of lost income can be estimated. To describe where you are very likely losing large amounts of money and why. These areas if handled will help you make more money, lose less money in your business or in other words.

The following "poor reception control, poor collections ratio, poorly trained staff, and effective marketing" are the main focus one should monitor to sustain in business:rip:
