Hi, is the question of whether or not self development is possible a little too vague? There are many ways promoted to achieve self development, but most genuine ones appear to require a better control over the mind. Is there any technique to gain more control over the way we think. I think Meditation is something that can increase mind power, which may be proportional to the ability to develop these skills. Any more suggestions on this???

Self development is very feasible. It can be done by anyone as long as the spirit is willing because in self-development, the enemy is yourself. If you can beat all the deterent of your own self, then you have just gained a little ounce of self development.

Keep an optimistic mind and self development will come out naturally. It can be a little bit depressive at first, quite a little bit hard as well. But it is very doable. Very attainable. Just keep trying till you get it right.
