Can you give me best Tips for debt avoidance….

my best advice is Pay with cash whenever possible

Avoid bank overdraft charges by maintenance close tabs on bank balances

Think transferring balances to a lower rate card, making sure the low rate apply to balance transfers.

Avoid apply for more than one or 2 credit cards at a time.

Once the cat has been to the vet, if you decide to tame it, you will start by putting the cat in an enclosure while it is still sedated. Put food and water out for it. A bed would be nice, and you will need a litterbox. The enclosure should be in a structure, either your basement or garage. If you have some toys, the cat won't get bored when you are not there to be afraid of, complain to, and hiss at.

How about staying away.. I mean really literally away from the shopping areas that can easily tempt you to spend some on impulse. Those impulse buying attitudes can really put your budget at risk.

Spend within your means and if possible spend even below your means that way you can avoid debt.
