Using credit right

We usually do not have enough income to buy all the goods we want with an immediate down payment. We need to borrow money paid back over time. Let us see what we can do to use the credit right.
1. Live within your means
The credit payments you have to make every month should not exceed your income. If you spend beyond your income the debt may keep on increasing and there may be no way to pay it back in the future.
2. Leave a safety margin
Retain a certain portion of your income for safety and cash when required. Do not spend all of it on installments and lease payments.
3. Do not overspend with your credit card
When you carry your credit card with you, it could be possible that you are tempted to overspend. This in turn will show up on your credit card bill. If you cannot pay up you will face late fees to add to the debt. Make sure you have calculated how much you can spend when you use your card.
4. Pay back in time
Do not let installments pile up and bills gather. Pay these off before the due date. This will keep you financially comfortable.
5. Develop a good relationship
Make sure you have a good relationship with the bank that lends you the money. This will give you peace of mind when you process your credit.

These simple precautions should help you go a long way.
